1 Farrier's Diary

1.1 The application "Farrier's Diary"(next, Application) does not collect the actual customer's personal information. There is no sign up or sign on process in the Application

1.2 Application collects and stores on the customer's device personal information of other persons if only such information is provided by the customer. This data is collected and stored when the customer fills and submits forms.

1.3 Application might collect and store name, email address and address of other persons if only such information is provided by the customer.

1.4 Application does not share any data including personal information to any other online and/or offline services. Although, Application collects customer's actions and sends them to a remote server anonymously for analysis to improve customer experience. Such actions might be: "Client Created", "Job Updated", "Menu Item Clicked", etc. This data might also contain device's location if enabled.

1.5 Data, including personal information of other persons, can be extracted from Application by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to protect data extracted from the Application from being stolen or shared. The customer must not share any data extracted from Application with any other service or a person.

1.6 The owner, developers and other persons were, are or will be involved in developing Application do not have access to any data stored in Application and so unable to share the data with any other service and/or person.

1.7 The owner, developers and other persons were, are or will be involved in developing Application must not share any usage information collected in the p.1.4.

2 By The Horse

2.1 The service "By The Horse" does collect user's personal information.

2.2 The service collects, stores and utilize user's personal information in order to authenticate/authorize the user and provide services to the user.

2.3 The service collects and stores name, email, password and phone number of the user when the user fills out and submits forms. The password is stored encrypted so no one can obtain the real password. All the data including personal information is stored in a protected and secure way on the remote web server.

2.4 The service guarantees that no personal information can be obtained by a non-authorized user.

2.5 The service does not share any data including personal information to any other online and/or offline service or person except in the case described in p2.6.

2.6 The service shares the user's email address and/or phone number IF ONLY the user explicitly gives permission to and instruct the service to do so.

2.7 User MUST NOT share its personal information with other users using the service in the way it is not designed for. For example, sending an email address in a private message system of the service is illegal. It is the user's responsibility to protect its personal information.

2.8 User MUST NOT share any personal information of another person using the service in any way.

2.9 The service DOES NOT collect any other personal information indirectly.

2.10 The user has access to its own personal information at any time. The user can change its own personal information at any time.

3 Farrier Finder

3.1 The service "Farrier Finder" does collect user's personal information.

3.2 The service collects, stores and utilize user's personal information in order to authenticate/authorize the user and provide services to the user.

3.3 The service collects and stores name, email, password and phone number of the user when the user fills out and submits forms. The password is stored encrypted so no one can obtain the real password. All the data including personal information is stored in a protected and secure way on the remote web server.

The user gives permissions to the service and/or application to collect, store and utilize user's personal information by submitting the registration form.

If you disagree with the Privacy Policy you MUST NOT submit the registration form, the personal information will not be collected and stored.

If you disagree with the Privacy Policy but have already registered, you MUST immediately stop using our services and/or applications.
